Prior to joining the industry, she was deputy director of the Strategic Capabilities Office at the Department of Defense and helped lead efforts to build technologies to counter emerging threats. Sandrock served as lead for special projects at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory and spent seven years at Booz Allen Hamilton as a senior associate.
Joshua Strunk is chief cybersecurity officer for homeland security solutions at Leidos. He was a cybersecurity analyst at the Customs and Border Protection within the Department of Homeland Security and led security operations centers at DHS and the Department of the Treasury. Strunk also served as a cyber analyst and operations manager at General Dynamics Information Technology.
Clint Crosier is director of aerospace and satellite solutions at Amazon Web Services. He oversees a team focused on helping government and commercial customers use the company’s portfolio of cloud services and products to advance technical innovation across the space enterprise through satellite development and space and launch operations. Crosier is a retired U.S. Air Force major general with over three decades of experience in the space mission.
Lori Stallard is vice president of business development for science and space at KBR. She came to KBR from Leidos, where she served as VP of BD and capture strategy. Her GovCon industry career included business development leadership positions at Lockheed Martin, URS, General Dynamics Information Technology and BAE Systems. Stallard previously chaired the Professional Services Council's Department of Homeland Security Vision Team.

In this role, he oversees a team responsible for the company’s business strategy, which includes long-range planning, M&As, partnerships, venture investments, go-to-market strategy and product innovation. He is an adjunct professor of information systems at Loyola University Maryland’s Sellinger School of Business and Management. His industry career included business and corporate development roles at AECOM, Engility and RTR Technologies.
Kate Mercer is a vice president at Booz Allen Hamilton and oversees the data solutions practice for global defense and aerospace accounts. She is a certified Program Management Professional and has over 25 years of experience in enterprise data management, IT system modernization, Agile development, business process reengineering, strategic planning and system implementation. Before Booz Allen, Mercer was with KPMG offering consulting support to the firm’s Air Force clients.
Michelle Rudnicki is vice president of NetApp’s U.S. public sector business. In this role, she manages business, operational, strategic and financial functions related to the cloud data service providers’ government channels and customers. Rudnicki served as public sector VP at Virtustream and spent more than 16 years at IBM, where she worked with public sector clients to advance digital services through the use of cloud, analytics, mobile and cognitive computing.
Todd Borkey is executive vice president and chief technology officer of HII. In this role, he oversees research and development and other aspects of the company’s technology strategy. He previously served as CTO of HII’s Mission Technologies division. Before HII, Borkey held CTO roles at Alion Science and Technology, Thales Defense and Security and DRS Defense Solutions and engineering and management positions at Northrop Grumman and AT&T Bell Labs.
Scott Goldstein is head of advanced projects at Anduril Industries. In this role, he oversees a team focused on next-generation capabilities including the company’s Lattice platform, artificial intelligence, unmanned aerial systems, mission autonomy, counter-drone technology and tactical air systems. He is a U.S. Air Force Reserve major general and held senior leadership roles at Science Applications International Corp., ENSCO, Dynetics, QinetiQ North America and ManTech International.
Randy Crow is general manager at industrial cybersecurity company Dragos. Prior to this role, he served as a sales leader for the company’s eastern North America and U.S. federal government team. Before joining Dragos, he was a business adviser at Blue Venture Investors. His industry career included time as a senior sales leader at Tenable, eOriginal and Tripwire.
Robert Lohfeld is CEO of Sev1Tech. He has been overseeing the Woodbridge, Virginia-based information technology services contractor since 2010. Prior to leading the company, he was with the Department of Homeland Security’s Customs and Border Protection as deputy director for enterprise data center operations. Before CBP, Lohfeld served as practice lead for IT optimization and data center relocation at Project Performance Corp., which is now part of DSA.
Gary Harmon is executive vice president and general manager at Convergint Federal. In this role, he leads major government programs and strategic planning. He previously served as VP of strategic initiatives and business solutions at EXCEED Corp. and was president and CEO of Valor Concepts. Harmon, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, spent a decade at Security Solutions Inc., where he served as senior VP and GM for commercial security integration.
