Raj Shah is co-founder and chairman of cybersecurity startup Resilience and managing partner of Shield Capital. He previously served as managing partner of the Defense Innovation Unit Experimental. He joined DIUx after serving as senior director of strategy at Palo Alto Networks. The former U.S. Air Force fighter pilot was co-founder and CEO of Morta Security, which was acquired by Palo Alto in 2014. Shah is a 2018 Wash100 awardee.
