He co-founded the Lexington Park, Maryland-headquartered employee-owned company with Jeff Sherman, a fellow former U.S. Navy test pilot, in 2016. Switick's two-decade career in the Navy included roles such as a test pilot and instructor at the U.S. Naval Test Pilot School.
