He is a more than three-decade GovCon industry veteran who served as president and CEO at ASRC Federal and held leadership roles at Lockheed Martin. He served in the U.S. Army Security Agency as a translator. Asbury, a six-time Wash100 Award recipient, is a member of the board of directors of Geospace Technologies.
Ellen McCarthy is former assistant secretary for the State Department’s bureau of intelligence and research. She previously served as president of Noblis NSP and vice president of intelligence and analytics at Noblis. McCarthy, a 2017 Wash100 awardee, worked at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency as chief operating officer. She is former president of the Intelligence and National Security Alliance.
David Thompson served as president and CEO of Orbital ATK, which was acquired by Northrop Grumman in 2018. In 1982, he co-founded Orbital Sciences, which merged with Alliant Techsystems in 2014 to form Orbital ATK. Jan Tighe is a retired U.S. Navy vice admiral and former deputy chief of naval operations for information warfare and director of naval intelligence. Devin Nunes is a former member of the U.S. House of Representatives. During his time as a representative for California, he chaired the House Intelligence Committee between 2015 and 2019. John Richardson is a retired U.S. Navy admiral who served as the 31st chief of naval operations from 2015 to 2019. His 37-year naval career included time as director of the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program, director of strategy and policy at U.S. Joint Forces Command and as naval aide to the president. Richardson, a two-time Wash100 Award recipient, sits on the boards of Boeing, BWX Technologies and Constellation Energy.
