Sunil Ramchand is president, chief growth officer and member of the board of directors at Chantilly, Virginia-headquartered defense technology contractor VT Group. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s overall growth strategy for the federal government marketplace. The U.S. Navy veteran joined VT Group in 2018 after serving as CEO of Mission Essential. He also held military and civilian leadership positions at the White House.
Suzan Cengiz is chief performance officer at LMI responsible for overseeing the consultancy’s program management, mergers and acquisitions integration, enterprise information technology services, quality management, ethics and compliance and other business operations. She held various roles of increasing responsibility during her more than 20-year career at LMI, most recently as vice president of the Transformation Management Office. She also led IT advisory service delivery to federal chief information officers.
Rob Davies is vice president of strategy at Peraton. In this role, he is responsible for developing growth strategies for Peraton's as-a-service cloud offerings. He joined the company in September 2021 through its acquisition of ViON's XaaS division. At ViON, he served as chief operations officer and executive vice president of operations focused on the cloud business. Davies was an inductee to the 2017 edition of Executive Mosaic's Wash100 Award.
Tushar Garg is CEO of Excelicon, a provider of agile, advisory and cybersecurity services to government customers. In this role, Garg manages the company's business operation and expansion, service delivery and strategy development efforts. Before joining Excelicon, formerly Blueprint Consulting Services Group, Garg served as a technical project manager at the Federal Emergency Management Agency and held business analytics and consultancy roles at Primatics Financial and Indtai.
Matt Tait is president and CEO of Herndon, Virginia-based government services contractor ManTech. The U.S. Navy veteran joined the company in 2018 as chief operating officer after an almost 25-year career at Accenture, where he served as senior managing director of the defense portfolio business. As COO, Tait helped oversee the realignment of ManTech's defense, federal civilian and intelligence businesses under its digital transformation strategy
Mike Kirkland is senior vice president of the offerings and solutions group at Perspecta. In this role, he leads a team of specialists in areas such as agile cyber solutions, cloud engineering, data analytics and software design. He previously served as SVP of the innovation group at Perspecta subsidiary Vencore and led engineering and research and development efforts at Lockheed Martin's information systems and global solutions unit.
John Boyle is group president of defense and civilian solutions at Cherokee Federal. He brings to the role over 25 years of GovCon experience. He previously served as senior vice president and chief growth officer at ManTech International. Boyle’s career included positions at several companies, including IBM’s global business services, Leidos, Unisys, Capgemini, Perspecta and Xerox.
Chuck Hicks is chief operating officer and chief financial officer at Empower AI, formerly NCI. He joined the company in 2019 as treasurer and CFO. He previously worked at Cresa Global as CFO and held executive roles in finance at several companies, including SC3, ASRC Federal, USIS, Science Applications International Corp. and Ernst & Young. Hicks also served in the U.S. Navy for six years.
Ed Sheehan, Jr. is president and CEO of Concurrent Technologies Corp., a Johnstown, Pennsylvania-based nonprofit applied scientific research and development professional services organization. He also serves as vice chair and president of the CTC Foundation and chairman of the board of directors of CTC’s affiliate Enterprise Ventures Corp. Sheehan has been at the helm of CTC since 1993.
Gilbert Dussek is CEO of Gunnison Consulting Group. He brings to the role nearly two decades of public sector experience in the field of program management, profit and loss and capture within the intelligence community, federal civilian and state and local government markets. Prior to Gunnison, Dussek worked at SRA International, General Dynamics’ information technology business, CSRA and Lockheed Martin.
Billy Biggs is vice president of public sector sales at San Francisco-based software development company WalkMe. He is responsible for all go-to-market functions in support of federal, state, local, higher education and nonprofit customers. He held leadership roles overseeing public sector sales at BlackBerry, Cornerstone OnDemand and GP Strategies. Biggs also held project management positions at Science Applications International Corp. and Northrop Grumman.
