Bibiana Rais, who has almost 20 years of experience in business development and operations in the government contracting industry, has joined Precision Talent Solutions to serve as director of business development, GovCon Wire has learned.
Rais will use her extensive network and build on her track record to help PTS achieve sustained company growth and expansion. Her career includes time serving in business development roles at Michael Baker International, Defense Support Services, Agility Defense & Government Services, Sallyport and CADG.
