Joe Paiva

Joe Paiva is the chief operating officer at Fearless. He has more than 30 years of senior leadership and C-suite experience. Paiva served in the Senior Executive Service under both Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama and retired as both a federal civilian senior executive and a lieutenant colonel in the United States Army Reserves with 30-plus years of combined Navy and Army active and reserve service.
