Amira Hossain Joins SAIC as Corporate Development SVP

Amira Hossain, formerly senior vice president of corporate development and integration at ICF (Nasdaq: ICFI), has joined Science Applications International Corp. (Nasdaq: SAIC) as SVP of corporate development.

Hossain brings strategic insights and extensive negotiation capabilities and will help lead the company’s growth strategy, SAIC said in a LinkedIn post published Tuesday.

At ICF, Hossain oversaw mergers and acquisitions strategy, deal execution and integration activities and helped drive the growth of the company’s technology practice through strategic transactions and business integrations.

Before that, she served as global head of M&A integration and corporate development at McCormick & Company. She held M&A and consulting roles at companies including KPMG, Deloitte, Sapient, Taylor Investment Bank and CEB, now part of Gartner.
