Science Applications International Corp. (Nasdaq: SAIC) has appointed talent management executive Han-Ron Siah as senior vice president and chief talent officer and business transformation professional Arjun Reddy as mission advisory services leader.
In a LinkedIn post published Friday, SAIC said Siah will oversee the company’s integrated talent strategy with a focus on building a skills-based workforce and driving cultural transformation initiatives.
Prior to SAIC, Siah held a similar position at McDonald’s (NYSE: MCD).
His industry career included time as SVP for talent management and analytics at Marriott International (Nasdaq: MAR), VP of people strategy and organizational effectiveness at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide and manager at Bain & Co.
As mission advisory services leader, Reddy will help the company build a team focused on making SAIC “as an executive partner and an ally, helping our clients deliver more robust and innovative performance to exceed mission-critical objectives,” the company said in a separate post on the professional networking platform.
Reddy brings to SAIC his decades of experience as a growth-focused leader in the public sector and multinational corporations in telecommunications, financial services, health care and energy sectors.
Before SAIC, he was a partner at Guidehouse, where he led business transformation initiatives.
He held senior leadership roles at several companies, including SVP at SourceHOV, director of the Washington federal practice at PwC, business development principal at Alcatel-Lucent and director of global sales engineering at Masergy Communications.
