Haynes will be responsible for the company’s legal affairs, compliance and corporate governance, CSRA said Friday.
“We’re delighted that someone with Jim’s extensive corporate as well as government legal experience and a proven track record in ever increasing positions of responsibility will be joining the CSRA team, ” said Larry Prior, CSRA’s president and CEO.
The three-decade private and public sector veteran previously served as chief corporate counsel at Chevron Corp.
He was also the general counsel of the Defense Department, partner at Jenner & Block, VP and associate general counsel of General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) and general counsel of the U.S. Army.
