Technology company Vibrint has named Jim Robb, most recently chief strategy officer and general manager of services, chief operating officer.
Strengthening Collaboration Between Services & Products Divisions
The Annapolis Junction, Maryland-based company said Thursday Robb will manage the daily operations of the services and products divisions, strengthen cooperation and innovation across the two divisions, optimize internal processes and drive growth.

Jim Robb’s Career History
In 2023, Robb joined Vibrint as chief strategy officer, leading the creation and development of strategic mission capabilities and global IT support for agencies that advance the national intelligence mission.
The U.S. Air Force veteran has over three decades of experience building and implementing critical technologies to support sensitive agency missions.
He previously served as chief and program executive officer at the National Security Agency for the Department of Defense, where he managed enterprise infrastructure services.
The national security leader is a recipient of the Presidential Rank Award and the NSA Meritorious Civilian Service Award.
The U.S. Air Force Academy graduate holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
