Chugach Government Solutions has secured a $164 million contract from the Naval Information Warfare Center, or NIWC, Atlantic to provide command, control, communications, computers, combat systems and intelligence, or C5I, modernization support for the U.S. Coast Guard.
“This award reflects both NIWC and the United States Coast Guard’s trust in our team and our proven track record of delivering mission-ready solutions,” Mark Miller, subsidiary president, said in a statement published Monday.
“For over 10 years, we’ve proudly supported the Coast Guard’s critical communications and readiness initiatives. We look forward to continuing this important work—delivering with excellence, agility, and a shared commitment to national security,” added Miller.
Contract Scope
Chugach will provide full lifecycle support for USCG’s C5I platforms, including shipboard integration of advanced communication systems, support for small unmanned aerial systems, and hull, mechanical and electrical updates.
The task order also covers physical security upgrades, technical training for ship personnel and 24/7 on-call support for logistics and engineering.
