ASRC Federal, Noble Awarded $4.9B in DLA Contracts for Facility Maintenance Support

The Defense Logistics Agency has awarded $4.9 billion in contracts to ASRC Federal and Noble Supply and Logistics to provide maintenance, repair and operations support services at U.S. military facilities.

The Department of Defense said Wednesday the DLA Troop Support in Philadelphia received four offers for work in Northeast Zones 1 and 2 through a competitive acquisition process.

The vendors will deliver MRO support to the U.S. Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps and the Coast Guard under the two indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts.

DLA expects the ordering period to run through Jan. 14, 2027, and will fund the firm-fixed-price IDIQ contracts using defense working capital funds for fiscal years 2025 through 2027.

ASRC Federal’s Contract

Under a potential $3 billion contract, ASRC Federal will perform MRO work in Northeast Zone 1, which covers Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and Washington, D.C.

In May 2023, the company completed its acquisition of Science Applications International Corp.’s logistics and supply chain management business, bolstering its capability to bid on the contract.

Contract Award to Noble Supply and Logistics

Noble Supply and Logistics booked a $1.9 billion award from DLA to perform work in Northeast Zone 2. The zone includes the states of Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Vermont.

Each contract has a two-year base term and four two-year option periods.

In June 2024, the contractors each secured $60 million in bridge contracts from DLA for facility support services.
