Collin Lee, former vice president at Science Applications International Corp., was appointed chief innovation officer at Omni Federal, he announced in a LinkedIn post published Tuesday.
He led the intelligence community business development efforts at SAIC in his most recent role, which he held for more than a year.
Notably, Lee was with General Dynamics‘ mission systems business from October 2018 to November 2023. He joined the company as director of strategy and business development and was promoted to vice president of intelligence systems.
The executive also worked in the public sector, having served as director for legislative affairs within the National Security Council, chief of staff within the National Intelligence management Council under the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and senior adviser to members of Congress overseeing Department of Defense and IC investments and programs.
Earlier in his career, Lee was a senior consultant at PwC, IBM and Booz Allen Hamilton.
