Executive Mosaic has appointed Victor Brown, CEO of W3Nebula Technology, as chair of the CTO Group for the 4×24 Executive Leadership Series.
The 4×24 Executive Leadership Program provides an environment for government and industry leaders to build relationships to advance strategic mission areas. The CTO Group unites public and private sector chief technology officers through a series of networking and dinner events designed to foster collaboration.
Jim Garrettson, CEO of Executive Mosaic, said the company looks forward to having Brown back overseeing the CTO Group in his third 4×24 season.

Prior to coming on board W3Nebula Technology, Brown was vice president and CTO at IBM. Brown has extensive experience in IT architecture, including product and knowledge management services and hardware and software development.
