ManTech has won a potential five-year, $1.4 billion task order from the Department of Defense to provide a range of advanced cyber platforms for customers within the Intelligence Community, DOD and other government agencies to meet the requirements of the Interagency Intelligence and Cyber Operations Network, or ICON.
The company said Thursday it will build and deploy cyber tools designed to improve capabilities andd unity of effort among its DOD and IC partners and serve as a key convergence point for most companies within the national security ecosystem in support of the ICON vision.
Matt Tait, president and CEO of ManTech, said the company is honored to play a key role in supporting the government’s national security mission.
“Leveraging AI, ManTech’s innovative approach and skilled talent will accelerate mission speed and success across the cyber domain,” added Tait, a two-time Wash100 awardee.
Barbara Haines-Parmele, president of ManTech’s intelligence sector, said the task order provides an opportunity to improve, equip and train the force to enable operations and advance force readiness.
