Tria Federal has appointed IT executive Michael Anderson as executive vice president of public safety.
Anderson brings to the role over 23 years of experience managing digital transformation programs and mission-critical operations for the government, private sector and nonprofit organizations, the company said Tuesday.
Advancing Digital Transformation in Support of Federal Agencies
Tria Federal CEO Tim Borchert said Anderson’s expertise in digital transformation and passion for mission-driven platforms align with the company’s vision and culture.
“We look forward to Michael taking a lead role in driving innovation and delivering transformative technology solutions that empower our federal partners to safeguard and serve our communities,” added Borchert.
The newly appointed EVP most recently served as a partner at Guidehouse, where he led growth and operations for major digital initiatives within the energy, sustainability and infrastructure segment.
He also served as VP of mission solutions for Dovel/AceInfo Solutions, which was acquired by Guidehouse, and president of Tellenger.
The University of Arizona engineering management graduate has advanced the adoption of DevSecOps automation, Agile software development and open source technologies to enhance mission outcomes during his career working with federal agencies.
“Tria’s commitment to helping federal agencies modernize and streamline systems, processes, and services aligns perfectly with my professional passion,” said Anderson. “Partnering with Tria Labs to develop cutting-edge artificial intelligence, intelligent automation, and cybersecurity solutions for our clients is an incredible opportunity to drive meaningful impact.”
Softrams Acquisition & Reorganization
In mid-November, Tria Federal, a Sagewind Capital-backed middle-market technology and advisory services provider, acquired technology firm Softrams to better support the critical missions of federal health and public safety agencies.
With the acquisition, Tria has started reorganizing its structure as it prepares to operate with three business units in 2025: military and veteran health, public health and public safety.
The Arlington, Virginia-based company appointed Diana Ceban and Katie Webb as EVPs to oversee the military and veteran health and public health units, respectively.
