Rimas Guzulaitas and Christina Gandolfo, both former executives of RTX subsidiary Raytheon, have been named to vice president positions at V2X, the executives shared their appointments on LinkedIn Sunday.
Guzulaitas has been elevated to VP of modernization, sustainment and engineering after serving as VP of enterprise integration and transformation at V2X. He will leverage his experience in program management, strategy creation and implementation, pipeline development, engineering management, capture management and resource balancing in his new role.
A longtime Raytheon executive, Guzulaitas first joined Raytheon in 1998 as a software engineer for various business units. He eventually became the program manager, capture program manager and director of business development for the company’s technical services unit. He also served similar leadership roles at Raytheon’s intelligence, information and service segment. Moreover, Guzulaitas held the position of senior director of surveillance and targeting systems and VP of special projects.
Gandolfo, meanwhile, joined V2X as VP of business development operations. She previously worked at Raytheon, where she spent a total of 18 years. She first joined the defense and aerospace contracting company in 2004 as contract manager, a role she held for over nine years.
The business development executive then moved to Textron Defense Systems as director of contract. Gandolfo returned to Raytheon in 2016 and served in various executive roles for the next eight years. She was the business unit realignment lead, overseeing the reorganization that merged the Intelligence & Space and Missile & Defense divisions to create the Raytheon business segment.
