HII Mission Technologies to Reorganize Into 4 Operational Groups

HII’s Mission Technologies division will combine its six operational groups into all-domain operations, global security, warfare systems and uncrewed systems groups as part of efforts to optimize the division for long-term growth.

The McLean, Virginia-based company said Friday the reorganization will take effect Monday, Oct. 28, and will be aligned to a common operating model with specialized roles: operations leader, portfolio leader, growth leader and quality leader.

“I’m confident these changes will make us even more competitive, improve the quality of our services for our customers, and ensure the long-term health of our business,” said Andy Green, executive vice president of HII, president of Mission Technologies and a 2024 Wash100 awardee.
