Jimmy Norcross, digital solutions senior vice president at CACI, has been selected to chair Executive Mosaic’s 4×24 Secure Supply Chain Group for a second year.
The 4×24 executive leadership program brings together government contracting industry executives and federal officials to address the U.S. government’s top priorities and challenges. 4×24 dinners offer attendees a collaborative space for exchanging ideas, innovating and building partnerships to drive key missions forward.

“I am honored to represent CACI once again as chair of the Secure Supply Chain Group. I look forward to working with Executive Mosaic and industry partners to advance and protect government supply chains,” Norcross said. “From border protection and ship maintenance to humanitarian efforts, CACI and our partners are working to leverage Agile software development to accelerate cloud migration and systems modernization to help our customers keep their supply chains as efficient, reliable and dynamic as the missions they support.”
At CACI, Norcross leads a team of over 5,500 professionals delivering agile digital transformation offerings — specifically application development, enterprise data management and Enterprise Resource Planning tools — to federal agencies. He joined CACI in June 2017 as senior vice president of supply chain and later served as senior vice president of supply chain solutions before assuming his current role in July 2021.
