J&J Worldwide Services, a CBRE government and defense business, has secured a spot on a $249 million U.S. Army award for construction services in support of the Defense Health Agency.
According to the company’s LinkedIn announcement, the two-phase design-build construction indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award task order contract covers design-build, construction and repair capabilities for health care and medical research facilities throughout the central region.
Services may be required at health care and medical research facility on military installations or other Department of Defense and federal government site.
Aside from J&J, the Army named 10 other awardees on the MATOC. Contractors will compete for each order, with location and funding dependent on the award. Work is estimated to be completed by Sept. 26, 2029.
The Army Corps of Engineers received 25 bids for the contract.
