HHS Awards 20 Spots on $350M HRSA Evidence Building & Evaluation IDIQ Contract

The Department of Health and Human Services has awarded 20 companies positions on a potential five-year, $350 million contract to help facilitate evaluations and evidence-building activities in support of the bureaus and offices within the Health Resources and Services Administration.

According to award notices published on the Federal Procurement Data System, HRSA conducted a full and open competition and received 26 offers for the Evidence Building and Evaluation indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.

According to a solicitation published in January, activities may include evaluations, descriptive research studies, policy analyses, development and implementation of quality measurement tools and data collection processes to track program performance and assessment of evaluation capacity.

The IDIQ contract has a one-year base period and four option years and four key task areas: program evaluations, other evidence-building activities, communication and dissemination and data optimization.
