KBR Books $113M DoDIAC MAC Task Order for AFLCMC Program Support

KBR (NYSE: KBR) will conduct research, development, test and evaluation of aeronautical systems in support of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Mobility Directorate at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio.

The company said the five-year effort is covered by an approximately $113 million task order awarded under the Department of Defense Information Analysis Center’s Multiple-Award Contract vehicle.

To enhance the development and life cycle management of AFLCMC/WLY’s Future Tankers Program Office, KBR will analyze program management, logistics, security and cybersecurity and administrative functions, and coordinate, create and update program-related products and documents.

The contractor will also provide engineering and test and evaluation support.

“KBR is proud to support this new task order and continue to accelerate the U.S. Air Force’s digital transformation journey,” said Stuart Bradie, president and CEO of KBR. “This win is indicative of KBR’s strategic commitment to be a leader in digital engineering initiatives and support defense modernization.”

DoDIAC MAC task orders are awarded to drive the development of new knowledge to enhance the Defense Technical Information Center repository and the R&D and science and technology community.
