Timothy Boettcher, senior vice president and head of GTM strategy for North America at AvePoint, said government agencies working to improve employee collaboration while facilitating the delivery of services to citizens should take into consideration secure information sharing.
In an article published on Carahsoft.com, Boettcher wrote that agencies looking to leverage artificial intelligence technologies to improve service delivery while addressing security concerns should establish guidelines and guardrails that are easy to follow and implement.
He stated that technologies like the AvePoint Confidence Platform could enable agencies to implement data management and governance to gain insights into cybersecurity threats while helping them ensure the security of their digital workspaces across cloud environments.
