Lockheed Receives $191M NGA Strata IDIQ Contract

Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) has secured a potential five-year, $191 million contract from the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency to deliver services that facilitate online, on-demand access of users to GEOINT data and products to meet mission requirements.

NGA said the Strata indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract also covers access to additional technologies and utilities that aid in visualization.

The Strata IDIQ contract was formerly called GCS, also known as the GEOINT Core Services program.

According to a performance work statement, GCS is a follow-on to the GEOINT Visualization Services program and covers core application programming interface development, integration, operations and maintenance to streamline the integration of new capabilities provided by the Intelligence Community.
