AI, Military-Industry Collaboration Take Center Stage at Leidos’ 7th Supplier Symposium

Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) highlighted artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies at its seventh annual Supplier Innovation & Technology Symposium on Tuesday.

The company said more than 170 partners and suppliers gathered at the event, which included discussions on how emerging tech can help address customer challenges.

“Emerging tech like AI is advancing at a rapid speed, and this symposium demonstrates that together with our partners and suppliers, Leidos is poised to harness the best innovations to tackle the biggest customer challenges,” remarked Stephanie Foster, senior vice president and chief supply chain officer at Leidos.

AI is also one of the hot topics at the upcoming 2024 Navy Summit hosted by the Potomac Officers Club. Leidos executives Paul Siegrist and Frank Pandolfe will join the speaker lineup as keynote introducer and panel moderator, respectively, at the Aug. 15 event. In addition, the symposium featured an awards presentation for suppliers.

“Our suppliers are vital to our success, enabling us to push the boundaries of innovation and deliver transformative solutions,” said Foster. “The success of this event is a testament to the power of collaboration and our shared commitment to our customers’ missions.”
