Serco‘s North American business will perform facility repairs and upgrades under a $323 million contract from the U.S. Army.
The firm-fixed-price award will run through Sept. 30, 2028, its expected completion date, and will have work done by the Herndon, Virginia-based contractor in Greenland, the Department of Defense said Friday.
DOD used fiscal year 2024 operation and maintenance funds to provide for the total contract amount at the time of the award.
The Army Corps of Engineers serves as the contracting activity. It solicited bids for the contract online and received one response.
In 2022, Serco Inc. was named among the awardees of a $910 million hybrid contract from the Army for repair and overhaul support services to ensure the military assets are kept operational.
