Dan Robinson, a defense and intelligence industry veteran, has assumed the role of vice president of corporate development at SOS International.
He announced his appointment in a LinkedIn post published Monday.
In this capacity, he will help develop and implement the company’s merger and acquisition strategy, conduct target identification, corporate reviews and due diligence and lead post-acquisition integration efforts, according to his profile on the professional networking platform.
Robinson most recently served as VP of intelligence at SOSi and led a team focused on providing intelligence analysis and operations support, cybersecurity, intelligence surveillance platforms and language and cultural advisory services to the company’s defense and intelligence customers.
He held executive leadership roles at The Buffalo Group, Pluribus International, L-3 Communications and Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) and served as a policy analyst and program manager at Betac.
