Air Force Seeks Proposals for $7B CFT Labor Augmentation Support Requirements Program

The Air Force Materiel Command is soliciting proposals for a multiple award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the Contract Field Teams labor augmentation support requirements program.

According to a request for proposal posted on SAM.gov, the acquisition has a ceiling amount of $7 billion to cover all CFT LASR contracts/task orders and a potential 10-year performance period, including one 5-year basic ordering period.

The IDIQ will be used to help government organizations augment their organic maintenance capabilities with qualified contract maintenance personnel. Efforts will cover on-site maintenance support at organizational, intermediate/field and depot/sustainment levels at customer facilities in and outside the continental U.S.

The program also covers modification, maintenance, inspection, and repair of fielded active weapon systems such as aircraft, missile systems, engines, communications and ground support equipment.

According to the notice, the solicitation is a partial set-aside of task orders for small businesses and potentially other socioeconomic categories.

Responses to the RFP are due July 25.
