The General Services Administration has released an update to its draft request for proposals for the unrestricted pool of the third iteration of its Alliant government governmentwide acquisition contract covering information technology products and services.
GSA said Thursday it intends to select 76 potential offerors for the Alliant 3 contract and requests comments on the pre-solicitation update by April 18.
The draft includes templates for contractor teaming arrangements, small business engagement, relevant experience, emerging technology projects, subcontractor experience and past performance ratings.
The multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract covers IT services such as agile development, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, zero trust network, biometrics and identity management, cybersecurity, quantum computing, robotics process automation and software development.
More than 40 vendors offer integrated IT products and services to over 100 government agencies under the current Alliant 2 GWAC.
In October 2022, GSA began seeking comments for the first draft request for proposals for Alliant 3.
The agency included a self-scoring requirement for sustainability-related disclosures as an amendment to the first draft RFP in January 2023.
A second draft solicitation was released in December 2023 for the IDIQ contract vehicle.
