Tetra Tech (Nasdaq: TTEK) has acquired federal enterprise technology services contractor LS Technologies for an undisclosed sum as part of efforts to expand its client base and portfolio of management consulting, digital transformation and other information technology support services for government and commercial customers.
“The addition of LS Technologies to our Federal IT Division enhances the support we provide our government and commercial customers in modernizing their critical infrastructure,” Dan Batrack, chairman and CEO of Tetra Tech, said in a statement published Thursday.
“Our combined capabilities bring the best data analytics, cybersecurity, and digital transformation solutions to these vital projects,” Batrack added.
Tetra Tech will operate LS Technologies as part of its government services group.
