Ryan Bolchoz has been appointed chief growth officer of VivSoft Technologies.
As the first to serve in this newly created role, Bolchoz will lead the company’s growth strategy, capture and business development efforts and mentor delivery teams for organic growth, VivSoft told GovCon Wire on Tuesday.
“This is a monumental moment for VivSoft,” said Navin Gunalan, CEO and co-founder of the organization. “Ryan fully embraces our core values, our technical differentiation, and our audacious multi-year growth goals. With our strong foundation in customer delivery excellence and Ryan’s expertise in scaling business units, we are poised for success.”
At VivSoft, Bolchoz will be responsible for aligning research and development work and the ENBUILD product line with the company’s wider corporate vision.
Before joining the company, Bolchoz spent over 20 years at Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH), during which he headed a $165 million annual business unit focused on technology for federal clients. He supported a variety of government agencies with digital transformation and modernization initiatives and provided clients with proactive client service, operational excellence and business growth.
“Ryan really understands the intricacies and details behind achieving growth. He understands how to home in on core customer pain points and shape solutions that accelerate time to value,” said VivSoft Chief Technology Officer Tapasvi Kaza.
“This is what VivSoft is all about, and as CGO, Ryan will be a catalyst for our commitment to delivering at mission speed for federal customers seeking open, scalable, and productized services,” he said.
Kaza added that Bolchoz’s extensive domain experience “introduces a potent and valuable dimension” to VivSoft’s data, artificial intelligence and machine learning, DevSecOps and human-centered design.
