Nikki Kodama has transitioned from vice president and B-2 program manager to VP of aerospace structures at Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC), she announced in a LinkedIn post on Friday.She has been with the company for 22 years and will take over the main responsibility for products, systems and services relevant to aerospace intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, missile defense and electronic warfare, among other areas.Kodama began her career at Northrop in 2002 as fuel and hydraulic subsystem engineer. She later took on leadership roles including director of supplier quality as well as VP and chief information officer of the aeronautics systems division.She graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a degree in mechanical engineering. She earned her master’s degree in business administration and management at Claremont Graduate University – Drucker School of Management.
