Enlightenment Capital has merged four businesses to form and launch RealmOne, a new platform company focused on providing cybersecurity and intelligence collection and analysis support for national security agency customers.
Columbia, Maryland-based RealmOne is led by CEO Gary Daigle, former chief executive of iNovex, and has more than 1,000 employees focused on delivering advanced analytics, data science, hyper-automation and commercial software products to the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community and other national security agency clients.

Daigle added that the combined business has the technical depth and scale to provide technical expertise and innovative platforms designed to address the challenges facing its customers.
Jason Rigoli, a partner at Enlightenment Capital and a 2024 Wash100 awardee, has been named chairman of RealmOne.
Enlightenment invested in software development company iNovex in November 2022.
As a portfolio company of the government-focused investment firm, iNovex moved to acquire software engineering company Innoplex in May 2023 and cybersecurity firm Secure Innovations in June 2023.
HTS Infosys is the fourth business that Enlightenment combined with iNovex, Innoplex and Secure Innovations to form the new entity.
