General Dynamics’ (NYSE: GD) information technology business will operate and maintain infrastructure components and related applications of the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Biometric Identity Management under a potential three-year, $386.4 million task order, G2Xchange reported Friday.
DHS launched a full and open competition and received one offer for the delivery order, according to a Dec. 29 notice published in the Federal Procurement Data System.
The award covers operations and maintenance support for production and nonproduction environments and related business systems deployed with the DHS Data Center 1 and contractor and government facilities, among others.
The department will obligate $40 million in funds for the delivery order and expects the performance period to run through Dec. 30, 2026.
