Maria Ricciardone, vice president of investor relations at Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT), has been named as treasurer by the company’s board of directors.
Lockheed also announced Tuesday that incumbent treasurer Evan Scott will serve as chief financial officer of its missiles and fire control business effective Jan. 1, 2024.
Ricciardone has been serving as investor relations VP since she joined the company in 2022. She moved to Lockheed from Arrow Electronics (NYSE: ARW), where she was VP of financial planning and analysis and global components. Her career has also taken her to organizations such as Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH) and the former United Technologies Corp.
She will maintain her responsibilities in investor relations while leading global treasury operations and Lockheed’s other banking activities.
Scott has been working for Lockheed for more than 24 years. He was in various leadership roles including VP of space and VP and business area controller of missiles and fire control, or MFC. He was chosen for his new role after Charles Hubbs announced that he will retire after 40 years of service.
