Yulista Expands Tech Capabilities With DSoft Acquisition

Yulista has acquired DSoft Technology, Engineering & Analysis in an effort to expand its information and technology capabilities for aerospace, defense and government customers.

The move to add DSoft Technology to the Yulista Technical Services portfolio is in line with the company’s growth strategy aimed at broadening its market presence in the technology sector, Yulista said Monday.

The acquired company is a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business that operates from Colorado Springs, Colorado, to provide technology, engineering and analysis consulting services for various customers in the defense, civil and commercial sectors.

“The addition of DSoft’s exceptional team, specialized capabilities, and robust customer relationships broadens our range of offerings and delivers unparalleled customer experiences to our diverse portfolio of clients,” said Josh Herren, president and CEO of Yulista.

Yulista is currently under a $540 million contract to provide NASA with support services for aircraft used across its centers and programs. The performance period is until the end of September 2030.
