NASA’s Johnson Space Center plans to release a request for proposals for the fourth iteration of a contract to procure services to facilitate analytical and physical processing activities in support of cargo requirements.
Cargo Mission Contract 4 has a potential ceiling value of $100 million and will cover engineering, maintenance and operations support for flight crew equipment and other hardware and support services for the International Space Station and Artemis Exploration Programs, according to a presolicitation notice published Wednesday.
The space agency expects to issue the RFP by Dec. 14 and intends to set a Jan. 23 deadline for proposals.
Interested vendors that plan to submit offers should possess a Secret National Security Facility Clearance Level at proposal submission and secure a Top Secret National Security FCL within a year after the contract’s start date.
Prospective offerors should notify the agency of their intent to bid and submit contractual and technical questions no later than Jan. 9, according to the notice.
