Gainesville, Virginia-based A2I is focused on providing cyber data analytics, software development support and related services for defense, intelligence community and federal law enforcement agency customers, Redhorse said Tuesday.
Redhorse CEO John Zangardi said A2I brings to the company its highly qualified team and its cyber and engineering expertise.
Zangardi, a two-time Wash100 awardee, noted that the transaction forms a combined entity dedicated to delivering innovative platforms and services meant to help customers address complex national security challenges.
Baird acted as A2I’s exclusive financial adviser in the transaction.
