NetApp has relocated its U.S. public sector headquarters to a new office in the Boro Tower in Tysons, Virginia, as it seeks to expand its presence in Fairfax County.

George Kurian, CEO of NetApp, said in a statement published Friday that the new 24,000 square feet of office space will provide the company with access to a large talent pool and help it strengthen its partnership with technology companies and government and state agencies.

“And then the last is, that it is a great place to do business and a great place to live for our employees. So, we are excited to be here,” Kurian added.

NetApp has more than 300 employees in Tysons and offers job opportunities for entry-level professionals and retired service members and military spouses.

Kurian said veterans account for about 12 percent of NetApp’s more than 12,000 employees worldwide.
