CMS Selects iTech AG to Support Center for Clinical Standards & Quality Under $75M BPA; Frank Antezana Quoted

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has awarded technology consulting firm iTech AG a potential three-year, $75 million blanket purchase agreement for support services to help the agency’s Center for Clinical Standards and Quality improve internal processes and citizen experience.

Arlington, Virginia-based iTech AG said Tuesday it secured a potential five-year, $64 million task order from CMS through the single-award BPA to provide ServiceNow development, operations and continuous improvement support for Health Care Quality Information Systems.

The firm will also provide Agile process support, UX design, data management and security and release management support services for CMS while leveraging its experience in digital platforms implementation using the Scaled Agile Framework.

Frank Antezana, co-founder and CEO of iTech AG, said CMS CCSQ works to enhance health outcomes and deliver better medical care to citizens through the implementation of quality improvement practices.

“iTech AG’s ServiceNow partnership, SAFe certification, and people-first approach are ideal for this work at CMS, as well as for agencies focused on improving CX,” Antezana added.
