The U.S. Air Force has awarded four companies positions on a five-year, $99 million follow-on contract to provide the service branch with minor construction, mechanical installation and infrastructure sustainment support services.
The service received four offers for the Civil Engineering Building and Utilities Mechanical Program III indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract and expects work to occur at Arnold Air Force Base in Tennessee through Aug. 15, 2028, the Department of Defense said Tuesday.
The firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract also covers repair and maintenance support for heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, steam and water systems and fuel systems projects.
CE BUMP III is a small business set-aside program that includes the sustainment, modernization and restoration of existing capabilities to back the service’s research, development, test and evaluation mission at Arnold AFB, according to a request for proposals.
