Linda Gooden, Hawk Carlisle, Alonzo Fulgham, Kenneth Myers Named to CRDF Global’s Board

CRDF Global, a nonprofit cybersecurity organization in Arlington, Virginia, has added GovCon industry executives Linda Gooden, Herbert “Hawk” Carlisle, Alonzo Fulgham and Kenneth Myers to the board of directors.

Gooden is a four-decade aerospace and defense industry veteran who previously served as executive vice president of information systems and global solutions business at Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT), the nonprofit said Tuesday.

She sits on the boards of General Motors (NYSE: GM), Washington Gas and Home Depot (NYSE: HD).

Carlisle is a retired U.S. Air Force general whose nearly four-decade career in service included time as commander of Air Combat Command and Pacific Air Forces, air component commander for U.S. Pacific Command and executive director of Pacific Air Combat Operations staff at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickham in Hawaii.

He serves on the board of the Stimson Center and is former president and CEO of the National Defense Industrial Association.

Fulgham, who was a member of CRDF Global’s Advisory Council, is EVP for defense and homeland at VIATEQ and serves on the American Academy of Diplomacy’s executive committee.

His industry career included leadership positions at Galileo Energy Partners, CH2M HILL and TJM International Consultancy. He served as acting administrator and chief operating officer at the U.S. Agency for International Development.

Myers previously served as president of CRDF Global and senior VP for defense and security at PAE.

He held leadership roles in the U.S. government, including director of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency and U.S. Strategic Command Center for Combating Weapons of Mass Destruction. He also served as a senior professional staff member on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
