John Bergeron, a 15-year veteran of Raytheon Technologies (NYSE: RTX), has joined Teledyne Technologies‘ (NYSE: TDY) FLIR Defense subsidiary as vice president of global services for surveillance.
He will oversee the management and growth of a business organization that provides imaging sensor support to the military and public safety sectors, Teledyne FLIR said Monday.
Bergeron previously led product support at Raytheon in a VP role and his industry experience covered work on technology offerings such as sensing, wireless communication and robotic systems.
Earlier in his career, the Six Sigma Blackbelt professional was quality and integration lead at General Electric’s (NYSE: GE) water and process technologies division.
The FLIR Defense business supports customers through five service centers located in the U.S., the United Arab Emirates and the U.K. United Arab Emirates.
