The Food and Drug Administration is looking for 8(a) small businesses capable of providing professional, administrative and consulting services to support the agency’s public health mission.
A notice posted Friday on SAM.gov stated that the FDA intends to award a competitive small business set-aside indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to help carry out its workforce management and public health protection initiatives.
Tasks under the single-award contract include program and project management and administration support; professional support and consultant services; strategic communication support; budget and financial support; and continuity of services and transition management.
The IDIQ will be issued as part of a partnership agreement between the Department of Health and Human Services and the Small Business Administration.
Interested businesses can respond to the request for proposals until May 10.
