Boeing (NYSE: BA) will supply updated Harpoon tactical missile systems to foreign military sales customers under a $1.17 billion order modification from the U.S. Navy.
The award covers 400 Harpoon Block II Update missiles, containers, blast test vehicles, joint common test sets, equipment, spare parts, technical documentation, logistics support and training services, the Department of Defense said Friday.
FMS customers will obligate $629.8 million in total funds on the award. The company will carry out work at various locations within and outside the continental U.S. through March 2029.
The Naval Air Systems Command acted as the contracting activity for the modification issued under a basic ordering agreement.
