GovCon industry veterans Katie Selbe, Sarah Otchet and John Fant have joined the executive leadership team of Eqlipse Technologies, a newly formed platform of Arlington Capital Partners.
The appointments come one week after ACP announced the formation of Eqlipse to pursue national security business opportunities in cyber, signals intelligence engineering, research and development, digital operations and identity management.
Eqlipse said Monday that Selbe, former chief operating officer of BlueHalo, will hold the same position and brings two decades of business operational experience to her new COO role.
She previously served as senior vice president and general manager of the cyber network solutions group at Alion Science and Technology and an operating unit director at Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC).
Otchet will be Eqlipse’s chief financial officer. Previously, she was CFO at Asymmetrik, a BlueHalo company, and Next Century. Her career also included senior finance roles at CACI International (NYSE: CACI) and SAIC.
Fant, former VP of advanced program development at Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT), will serve as chief growth officer of Eqlipse.
He previously served as a VP at Peraton and led growth and business development efforts for the space and intelligence sector.
