Arlington Capital Partners has introduced Eqlipse Technologies as the private equity firm’s new portfolio company to support national security sector customers in cyber, signals intelligence engineering, research and development, digital operations and identity management areas.
ACP said Tuesday its latest platform will develop analytics technology and other data-driven platforms intended to help clients address big data challenges.
Henry Albers, an ACP vice president, said the firm will continue to invest resources in Eqlipse to enable th platform company to establish new facilities and laboratories, recruit engineers and scientists and fund internal research and development initiatives to advance innovation in support of customers’ missions.
Eqlipse has an estimated annual revenue of $200 million and 600 employees across three sites in Virginia, Maryland and Ohio.
