Tim Driscoll Named Triman Holdings CEO

Tim Driscoll, a more than 15-year defense and aerospace industry veteran, has assumed the CEO role at Triman Holdings, a portfolio company of private equity firm AE Industrial Partners.

Tim brings a deep level of experience and knowledge that will be critical to executing on our aggressive growth plans and delivering the unique set of value propositions we bring to our OEM partners and military customers,” Jon Nemo, a senior partner at AEI and board chairman at Triman, said in a statement published Wednesday.

In October 2022, Driscoll joined Triman to serve as president.

He previously served as a vice president and general manager of OEM solutions at AAR (NYSE: AIR) and focused on building strategic partnerships with original equipment manufacturers to drive military aftermarket sales worldwide.

Driscoll held leadership positions at Eaton Aerospace and GE Aviation with oversight of military aftermarket programs and products. He also served as a commissioned officer within the U.S. Navy.

In January 2022, Triman acquired Brighton Cromwell and Crestwood Technology Group to create a combined entity focused on military aftermarket distribution and supply chain management.
