CACI International (NYSE: CACI) will continue to provide simulation and software technology support to NASA’s Johnson Space Center in Texas under a $150 million indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.
The company’s federal arm will perform tasks for the Johnson Space Center Engineering Directorate in disciplines such as aeroscience, propulsion and power and robotics, NASA said Wednesday.
Contract work is scheduled to begin March 1 and will continue through Sept. 30, 2027.
NASA awarded the predecessor SST contract in May 2014 to L-3 National Security Solutions, which CACI acquired in 2016 for approximately $550 million in cash.
The Houston-based Johnson Space Center serves as NASA’s hub for human spaceflight and space exploration initiatives, which include the International Space Station mission and the Orion program.
